How do I preview my (my children's) photos?
Click on the class. You should receive an email with a password from ACST with which you can access the class page.
Do you provide graduation / senior / family portraits?
Yes, please email tony@ricanstudio.com to schedule a time. I will be in Tunis until early November.
You should have received an order form from school. If you didn't please email us (tony@ricanstudio.com) or email Ranya. ACST has emailed out the order forms also to parent's typical contact emails.
Can I pay with PayPal, Venmo, Zelle etc?
Yes, you can. Please see the QR Codes on the order forms. If you need any help email us.
How do I access my photo?
Everyone should have received an email with the password to access their individual and group previews. If you have any trouble, feel free to send an email (tony@ricanstudio.com).
Are these final images?
No, these are previews. The final crop will be straightened and centered, without cutting off edges (the images are zoomed slightly for the web preview). Most images will be recentered and cropped for printing portraits. Printed group photos will include a border with the ACST logo and class name. Please click on the images to see them is high resolution. These are very low resolution.
What is the deadline for ordering?
Please return your order by 28 Oct to ensure timely delivery of photos. Late orders will be accepted but the delivery will be delayed.
Can I order only "Extras"?
No. You must first select the Basic, Standard, or Digital Package. After you may select any extras you like.
When do I get my photos?
Printed photos will be delivered to ACST in early November 2022.
What happens if I order late?
Late orders will be accepted, but please allow up to two weeks for delivery of printed photos. Digital orders can be delivered immediately. Feel free to let me know (tony@ricanstudio.com) that you have ordered.
How do I choose the picture I want printed?
Please write on your order form the number of your favorite picture to print. The photos are in order counting left to right and up and down, please indicate #1, #2, #3, or #4. If you have any doubts feel free to send a screenshot to tony@ricanstudio.com.
Can I choose two or three pictures to be printed?
Yes and No. You can only pick your favorite picture to print as part of the Standard package. But, if you order extra prints you can indicate other pictures you want printed as the extra.
What if I missed picture day?
There will be reshoots as well as sports and other group photos in early 2023.
